The Half Full Triathlon Venue will be at Howard County's Centennial Park in Ellicott City, Maryland. Centennial has been the site of many triathlons over the years. Half Full Triathlon will utilize a unique layout in order to make this event both athlete and spectator friendly and safe as possible.
